It is convenient to everywhere in the city, either walking, public transportation, or Uber. It is only 15 minutes to South Philly & the Stadiums by Uber. Independence Hall & the Historic District is a 10 minute walk. Sonny's fantastic cheese steaks is 2 blocks away. 2nd year we've stayed here, will again!”

“We are ballpark chasers and we visited Philadelphia to see a Phillies game. Jennifer was a wonderful host and checked on us before, during and after our trip. Her beautifully renovated, decorated and clean home is a quick drive to the ballpark and a convenient walk to Independence Hall and other historical sites. There is a pharmacy in walking distance as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Check-in was so easy and the park across the street gave a nice view from each of the three floors. The……

“Our stay at the Ali house was nothing short of perfect. Burnie really goes above and beyond to familiarize you with the house and all amenities at check-in. She even turned on the hot tub for us so it would be hot when we checked in. The property is stunning and peaceful. The atrium rooms in the house really let you take in the scenery and foliage. It was perfectly located, not too close to be affected by traffic and noise, but close enough and centrally located to all surrounding activities. With Five adults, everyone had plenty of space, and privacy. An EXCELLENT property, managed very well.”

“Nice 3 story home. It would be a good ides to let visitors know where to park. Breaker flipped once when we used the wall electric heater, and the dishes were put back into the cabinet dirty (could have been done by the previous visitors). Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.”
