This spacious and well appointed three bedroom, two bath condo situated just outside the Town of Lewes Delaware. This second floor, pond-front condo is centrally located between the Towns of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach and is just a short drive to the areas Beaches, Fine Dining, and Shopping. Property also offers a community pool to help you cool off after a long day enjoying your summertime fun.

Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

Couldn't have asked for anything more.

This was our first time in Lewes and our first time renting a condo. The condo was absolutely beautiful and was completely stocked with anything that we would possibly need. The owner even provided a hospitality basket with toiletries in case we forgot anything. The condo was so perfectly clean. The location was situated between the Lewes Beach and Rehoboth Beach. My son-in-law and grandkids had never been to the beach before. It was so nice to watch their reactions and share that experience with them. We had a few days on the beach and took a drive down the coast to Assateague to see the wild horses. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. We had such a great time and would definitely go back again. Thank you for renting to us and allowing us to have a wonderful vacation.

Perfect beach getaway!

This place was even better than it looked online, and it looked great online! We absolutely loved this cute, very well cared for, spacious beach condo! The place we usually rent was booked, and I’m so happy it was because we will definitely be going here from now on. The condo has everything you could need, from a working washer and dryer to a fully equipped kitchen, and a pool in the complex, which the kids enjoyed. We loved the master bathroom, especially the jacuzzi hot tub, the open living room/kitchen, and both the glassed in porch and the open back porch. Truly, everything about this condo is fantastic and we can’t wait for next year!

My vacation rental

I enjoyed the whole process of renting this property. I also enjoyed the property itself and its location and pool area. The one complaint I have is since I have young kids in my party I should have been given the option for a 1st-floor place. I had to speak to the older couple that actually owned the place below me to apologize for my kids being kids. The couple was very nice but they said when the kids would walk too hard the pictures on their walls would fall or they would see cracks in their walls. You might think about not renting this unit to anyone with younger kids. I had to constantly tell my Grandsons to not walk too hard or to not laugh too hard or not wrestle on the floor. It didn't ruin my vacation but it put a slight damper on it. Thank you for a great week otherwise.

Very comfortable

This property is great and the accommodations went above expectations. It was hard to find because there is no actual street sign and Coastal highway traffic to Rehoboth can be challenging, but the property itself was great!

Great location, good for families

Location was close to Cape Henlopen and Rehoboth. Unit was clean and had plenty of stocked games/puzzles for everyone. The patio was a nice extra. Plenty of room for two families sharing the space!

Well kept, well equipped (especially the kitchen). The only major problem is the heavy traffic to get to and from the beach.
