“Room not big enough for : suitcases What floor space there was was taken by a free standing AC unit the size of a small bar refrigerator which roared like a 747 picking clothes for the day involved houdini like manoeuvres!”

“Comfortable clean room. Nice breakfast. Good value for money”

“It was great value. I stayed on the night before catching a ferry and this was the perfect location. I called beforehand with a query and they answered very quickly. Check in was easy. They took me to the room to make sure I get there. Drinking water was available. Good kitchen and communal areas. It was a very pleasant stay”

“The single room above a quiet pub has the best price you will find in the area, and an interesting history. Nice meals are available downstairs, very convenient. The Sunday lunch (I had the roast chicken with all the trimmings) was especially delicious. The friendly owners shared lots of information about the local area. The entire building is very clean and well maintained and the room is cosy with nice touches without being overdone. There is a tea kettle with coffee and tea options. The few……

“The apartment was highly stylish, superbly equiped and there was excellent communication with host.”

“Very comfortable and easy stay, welcoming owners and outstanding breakfast.”

“The townhouse was clean with three separate bedrooms and two baths. It was very near to high Street so it was an excellent location. One drawback was that it was very hot outside and only two fans were available for the bedrooms. Make sure that you have access to Wi-Fi to retrieve the check-in information ahead of time. The host was very prompt in answering any inquiries that we may have had.”

“Very happy with the accommodation and facilities.”

“Cleve Cottage was a lovely little cottage with gorgeous Orla Kiely decor. Everything was very clean. The kitchen and shower-room were lovely. It was well situated for walking up to the town, the nearby Southover Grange Gardens and the station. We had to contact the owner as the parking permits had been overlooked but she resolved this. We didn't have any problems finding somewhere to park during the week. Although the instructions asked that the heating be turned off on leaving, there weren't……

“Lovely quiet place for a short break. Local pub is very friendly and location is not too far from places to visit by car. Glamping Pods very clean as well as toilet block and also well equipped. No issues and really liked that on the day of departure the owner came to say goodbye and ask how our stay was.”

“Het was moeilijk communiceren met cottages.com. Ze gaven steeds aan geen geldig e-mailadres te hebben ontvangen. VRBO heeft wel alle moeite gedaan om het contact te leggen, water erg gewaardeerd hebben”

“My husband and I enjoyed a week in Mill Barn in early June. Unfortunately the weather didn't want to play along so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful garden as much as I had hoped, but that was no loss - the cottage is adorable inside too and it's perfect for cozy cocooning when it's rainy. We enjoyed the smart TV, bath and wonderful shower, as well as the well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of fun day trips in the area and Penny was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. I would book……
