“I booked this room specifically for the location and the fact that they took dogs. By staying here I was only 5 minutes from my family that I was in town visiting. Saved me a lot of driving time back and forth each day. Was a good hotel. All the furniture seem to be new. Loved being able to park outside your door. Bad were the VERY used and torn towels in the room every day and although the room was no smoking there were cigarette burns on the tub and the sink which were obviously original so……

“Everything went great thought we were getting a 2 room cabin it was only 1 but we made it work”

“Favorite part was kitchen. Had just about everything you would need.Loved that it was pet friendly.Lots to do in and around town.Great communication with host.My suggestion would be for couples only as the stairs to master are metal and steep. Also to owner of property, upgrade furniture and mattresses, worn out.”

“The House is located on a nice quiet street. Close to the town area, restaurants etc. The only negatives there was a musty smell and gnats. The reason not sure but could have been closed up for a while. Overall it was fine.”

“Absolutely stunning home. Beautiful inside and out. It was located in a very quiet area. We really enjoyed reading about how the house came to be and the beautiful rug that was made. Had everything you need for a stay. We only got to stay for the night but I would love to stay again. Highly recommend.”

“This house is awesome. Second time staying here and it is everything we were needing in a rental. Has plenty of room and well stocked with everything needed. Chris is a super host. ”

“Super cute loft area over small downtown main street! Very clean and safe! Within walking distance of a nice restaurant and several antique stores. Perfect for our girls weekend! Definitely recommend!”

“The cabin was easy to find. Some of the essential in the kitchen that are usually provided weren’t provided. At least coffee for the first morning until we found out what we needed. It was pretty clean.8 furniture could stand to be replaced. There is only a dollar general near by. So bring whatever you need for the first night at least. Communication was good with host. Need instructions on the TV and heater. Check in was easy.”

“The house was decorated very pretty and went well with the type and age of the home they have some very pretty things … if I could suggest some things it would be ,some more comfortable chairs for relaxing in , the evening, they were very low the floor which made it hard to get out of … I love the colors and the style in pictures but in person not comfortable I have similar at home but not so low (just a suggestion since we stayed 8 nights) after sightseeing and shopping all day. We really……

“After a couple of mishaps, the stay was excellent! Neelley was very responsive to all my questions and requests. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Staff were rude ,plus paid for pool that was closed . Breakfast was a tiny cup of coffee and old muffin . Very disappointing !!!!”

“The house was great for our family of five. Our youngest (10) enjoyed the cool factor of sleeping in the loft and the spiral staircase. Jennifer was super helpful with our questions about where to eat and things to do. The property is beautiful, clean and definitely quiet. We loved going to the creek down from the house. The water was clear and cool and fun to walk and play in. The house had everything we needed for a peaceful vacation. Thanks!”

“The cabin was clean and cozy. Thank you.”

“Met our needs perfectly. A nice place to stay one night while visiting family.”

“Everything was exactly like the listing. The host was great will definitely be renting from her again. ”

“Very relaxing setting.Great for a quiet weekend away,It was just what we were looking for. Thanks so much”

“We had a wonderful time at Peaceful Hills in spite of the rain. Jennifer is a wonderful hostess. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We brought only the groceries. The fresh farm eggs provided were very good. I highly recommend this place for a quiet time away from a busy schedule.”
