「This is a beautiful , upscale hotel/Inn. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They serve a wonderful breakfast and have fresh coffee available all day. They also bake fresh cookies in the afternoon and leave out with other snacks for the guests. Impeccably clean! It also has a landscaped area in the back with trails to hike and tables and chairs for events. I had a great experience and highly recommend staying here.」

「The place is falling apart and is terribly maintained. The room was dirty, the shower didn’t work, it smells, I would never recommend it to anybody. I put up with it because I had no other choice since I was traveling with my daughter and we arrived late at night. Left the next morning as fast as I could.」

「The room didn’t feel or look clean. There were long dark hair in the shower before I used it. The carpet had disgusting looking stains in it. It didn’t feel or look clean. The walls were dinged up and furniture scratched. Corners of the bathroom and room had lots of dirt built up and the room smelled terrible—like unkempt pets. I did bring my clean, well behaved dog. I couldn’t book a pet room online thru Expedia and when front desk staffed learned this when I checked in, they switched my room...

「An unpleasant place—there was a terrible stench of cigarette smoke everywhere, and two people were smoking marijuana by the pool. It was filthy; there were cigarette butts all over the stairs and floor, and the floors weren't swept. In the room, the bathtub was stained with something unknown, and there were even tiny spiders on the wall. Honestly, it was a nasty hotel.」

「Hotel check in was quick and easy. Staff polite and friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. It was 103 that day. I checked in n was walking out to the pool n they closed it bc of bad levels. The carpets in the hallway were stained. The ceiling in my bathroom had been repaired/patched but not painted. Bed was clean n comfortable. Breakfast was included. Waffles, yogurt , eggs, sausage . Muffins , fruit and cereal. Coffee n drinks. Clean and stocked.」
