“Staff were fantastic. We had to get moved out of our first room due to bad sewer smell from bathroom. The second room was dated, dilapidated. Shower door handle loose, rain shower head broken and sprayed everywhere. Cracked tiles on the step to the bathroom. Stain on carpet under desk, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like a mattress that most would throw out. “Beautiful place, conveniently located. We had a celebration and we were made to feel very special. Only one very disappointing experience at the Spa marred our stay. Hotel offered a free treatment but as we were leaving the next day it was of no use to us. They should have offered refund. All in all it was fun. Loved the lounge, the food at Madhu’s.”
