Views from every window capture the beauty of the bluegrass on this small working thoroughbred farm. Memorable sunrise and sunsets are guaranteed! Conveniently located only 10 miles from the Ky Horse Park, 5 miles from the quaint historic town of Georgetown and 30 minutes from some of Kentucky's greatest bourbon distillery's. Excellent property in beautiful, safe location
My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property. The location is fantastic; it is outside if town, with rural appeal, but just minutes from restaurants and shopping. Its a sweet cottage that has everything you need and is wonderfully furnished and decorated. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. They thoughtfully provided little extras, such as bottled water, ice, and snacks, that allowed us to feel like we were truly valued guests at their property. We also loved watching the horses play in the pasture, just off of the yard. It was a relaxing and excellent experience. Thank you for your hospitality, Jim!

Great place to recharge
This is a beautiful place to stay and is located in the middle of horse country. We went to rest and recharge and that is exactly what we did. This is a cozy home away from home.

We needed a place to unplug and relax. The sunrise from the fireplace chairs was priceless! The cottage was everything and more as advertised. The owner/host of the property were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
