  • Paradiso is located just a half-block from Rupp Arena. The only thing closer to Rupp is the Hyatt!

    Paradiso is a total remodel with the look and feel of reclaimed space intersecting with bold colors, high-end furniture, original art, fantastic lighting, and many unique finishes and comfortable touches to keep you busy discovering them all.

    With 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths, there is plenty of room for two couples. An queen air mattress or the comfy sectional can accommodate a fifth or sixth person

    The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with plenty of seating, a romantic getaway, or just spoiling yourself.

    While this listing is new, we are not new to the short-term rental market. This condo is just as nice as it appears in the photos. The rooftop pool and indooor/outdoor seating locations are an added bonus. Multiple restaurants are an easy walk from the property.

We had a girls' trip here for our first stay in Lexington and this place was so over-the-top perfect! Great location to walk to nearby restaurants; beautiful views; in-building parking; and the most AMAZING interior design! We loved, loved, loved this place. We went to a concert at the Rupp Center and the condo was an easy 5 minute walk. The condo was clean and loved the fun decor. The condo has two appointed parking spots that are very convenient to the elevators. Great location!

Top Notch Lex Launch Point

This property is an excellent Lexington KY launching point for Bourbon trail fun! Great furnishing and remodeled finishes. Many restaurants and coffee shops to walk to within minutes. A stones throw away from Rupp Arena. John the host is excellent and helpful. Would stay again!

My husband and 2 adult sons stayed here for a family wedding weekend, not only was the downtown location perfect, it was very spacious with plentiful and comfortable seating for relaxing between events! Privacy was on point as bedrooms were opposite side of condo. Gated entrance and parking was on point too! Walkable to Rupp& downtown restaurants & bars..make it your first choice for visiting Lexington!

Location is perfect for downtown/KY sports stay. Next door to Rupp and a short bus ride to Kroger stadium. Quick walk to some great food. Unit is spacious, clean, and beds sleep well. Parking is covered and secure. Note - 7' height limit in parking garage for those with high tops. Great rental!

Loved our stay at this perfectly located property. A short walk to Rupp and great restaurants. The decor is very kitschy and fun. Great entertaining space. Had some internet issues that took a bit to resolve. My only heads up to future tenants; there was no shower gel, shampoo nor Kleenex provided. There is a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker. Otherwise, a well-stocked condo

A great location & plenty to explore

We are a family of four, including two almost adult kids. We stayed at property for a weekend for our son’s orientation at UK. The apartment was spacious, clean, and conveniently located for easy access to the university and downtown. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in and checkout process was seamless. The view from the top of the building is fantastic! The pool was closed, but we had enough attractions to keep us busy. There are plenty of great restaurants and some nice golf courses in the area. We have also located a great food truck with Mexican food. It was a weekend of Kentucky Derby, so the atmosphere was super exciting. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lexington!
