We enjoyed all the space and quirkiness of this property. It is very well located for seeing Lexington; everything we wanted to do was within an easy drive. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything you need and once you left it run for a while - plenty of hot water. The downsides: The deep gravel yard leading up to the door is very difficult to manage if you are not sure-footed/wearing heels/dragging a roller suitcase. No housekeeping had taken place between the last guests and us - there were dirty/used linens on the beds, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and laundry in the washer and dryer. We had to hunt for additional toilet paper by going through to the attached garden business. And if you enjoy sleeping, bring earplugs; the industrial refrigerator is very, very loud when it cycles on, which it does frequently.
