I don't think the photos do the property justice, its a lot less radical that the photos show, definitely retro, but not overwhelming. Older house looks to be original hardwood floors. comfortable furnished, great TV. Heating is effective. Everything you need in the kitchen for a stay. Washer and dryer are clean and work well. Great location both for Downtown Georgetown short walk, and Lexington 15min drive. Great location for Kentucky Horse Farm.

Property was excellent for our needs. Very comfortable bedroom beds sheets and comforters. Bathroom was fine but small. Need at least a half bath. Had WiFi issues but owner sorted it relatively quickly.

Convenient and Clean

This house was perfect for a weekend trip for our family of 5! Everything was clean and having a backyard was great for my daughters to play! The bathroom is on the tinier side, as it is an older home and my husband had a difficult time in the shower because the ceiling is a bit lower and he’s a tall guy, but besides that, everything else in the house was great!

Great but no fire pit

Loved the place. Only one bathroom, but managed just fine for three guys. Photos show firepit. Wasn’t one. I was really hoping to have a campfire, but it didn’t have one. Loved the tech, but didn’t stay long enough to really use it much. Kitchen had plenty of equipment and the washer dryer was handy.

Great spot

What a nice little home. It really feels like a cozy home away from home. The decor is a fun touch and the furniture in the living room is a great spot to enjoy a movie and a plate of spaghetti! If you really want to make the most of it, a good power move is to rent the hot tub hideaway in the back yard along with the Retro. It makes for a much more entertaining experience. Make sure you check out Local Feed for food and drinks while you stay.
