Room and amenities were as expected, good food and the pool area is nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Long wait lines (30 minutes?) to get checked in, which after a long day of travel can be a drag. Otherwise I got what I paid for and needed for a short stayover.

We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food ...
