“The hosts were wonderful. Very nice home in an outstanding location. We stayed over the weekend while our son’s 24 Hours of LeMons team raced at Carolina Motorsports Park near Kershaw. This property served as a welcome oasis for two senior couples. Weather was sunny and hot on Friday & Saturday and cold and rainy on Sunday. House was very comfortable cooling or heating. Very peaceful and quiet, we felt very much at home.”

“The property was exceptionally well appointedand very clean. The beds were all very comfortable. The views of Lake Wateree were fantastic from the deck. The ammenities were over the top. Bathrooms for every bedroom; Games like pingpong, cornhole and Board games; both charcoal and gas grills, boat dock, two firepits - one gas the other wood fueled...They provided everything we needed and more. Very nice owner/manager of the property. I highly recommend this property for the perfect get away!”

“Nice place, quiet neighborhood, extremely great communication and service from property managers. Behind beds in kids room had trash that hadn't been cleaned and between cushions on couch there was some dirt. Minisplit Ac/heat units may need cleaning as they seemed musty smelling at first. That was my only complaints and not anything that was real bad. Enjoyed our stay there and wish I would have had more time there. I would come back and stay here again. Thanks for sharing your house with us!”

“Great location great lake”

“My family and i try to do a Lake Wateree vacation each year. We were hesitant this year because of the water levels being low but am very glad we chose this property. Because of the low water levels we had our own little private beach which the kids and adults all thoroughly enjoyed! We loved the close proximity to Riverdeck and Beavers Den which made for great meals for lunch when we werent cooking. The property itself is beautiful. The kitchen is stunning and super spacious. We cooked dinner……

“This house worked out very well for us with everyone having their own private bathroom in their bedroom. Common area had lots of room for all of us and a spectacular view. Loved the screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors but without bugs.”
