“This hotel had a very cool museum throughout the first two floors. It was extremely clean and the staff were all very courteous! I walked around by myself in the area for a few miles and it was safe. The theatre and convention center are an easy walk for broadway shows. And the highlight is the Savoy with some of the best food I’ve had in forever. It’s an upscale steakhouse with vegan options. Desserts that were crafted amazingly. Just really really good food! “We really enjoyed our stay for the most part. I did call the front office on night 1 because the air conditioner was soooo loud, we couldn’t sleep. I called the office and they said they would call back in a few minutes after talking to maintenance. The call never came and it was 9:30 with young kiddos so we decide to turn the air off so be could sleep. No one addressed the issue the next day and we decided it was a bigger pain to move, so we just stayed put. Our kids loved the pool and the……

The room needs some maintenance, such as one side of the trim panel above the curtain is peeling off 1 inch, the location of the hotel is very good, it is very close to the airport, the swimming pool is closed in winter, and the gym is not found, the room There is no hair dryer. “All of the staff were amazing! We arrived early anticipatipating to just park and return later for check in… But our room was ready! Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. ”
