“The staff was extremely helpful and answered any questions about the grounds. The building itself has a fascinating and spooky history with a literal skeleton in the closet. The wine was also worth trying and everything that I tried was delicious.”

“The suite was very clean and quiet. The only complaint I have is that the warmer for their breakfast was broken so items had to be nuked in the microwave. Other than that everything was great.”

“The room and surrounding area were clean but there was an unpleasant odor in the room. We opened the window which took away the smell. The water pressure in the shower was good. No complementary soap or shampoo in restroom. The full sized fridge along with the cooktop were nice but adding a small coffeemaker would have been nice. What was supposed to be the bath towels were very small, more like a large hand towel. The toilet was very low. A small child would have no problem sitting on it and……

“Hotels.com Where you aware that this place was newly built and my reservation were for May 9th arrive and May 10th depart. Big surprise folks this place will not open until May 12 2026 SO I had to scramble to get moved to Home 2 by Hilton just down the road and what gets me today is the 10th and you folks don't even know you had a problem I'd get this problem solved that has to do with your bookings I gave you a 3 on everything because I couldn't comment or judge this Place Alan Johnson”

“It was horrible, ice machine broken, filthy room, the floors made my feet black, handicap accessible room yet we could not maneuver a wheelchair in past the bed.”

“It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.”

“The pictures on the site are deceiving, room was much smaller than expected we traveled with our dog so needed to have room for her kennel wasn’t much space to move around it, the bathroom had visible water damage and mold spots, very outdated, mold in the hallway on carpet, smelled like pot everywhere. Breakfast was gone before 8:30 and no one was there to attend to the area. The ac was loud and sounded like rats running in the wall when kicked off. ”
