“Clean hotel but the Staff was outstanding!!! Check lady very warm and welcoming The morning staff at the desk friendly and kind. The staff servicing the food was so personal, kind, and in the Hoilday spirit!”

“When I first arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk Jay Jay I believed his name was? He was standing there helping another guest whom was in front of me and he stayed professional the whole time with a smile on his face even though it was New Year’s Eve and people were coming left and right. Once he got to me we engaged in small talk and he still had a smile on his face and threw out some suggestions on where to go. This man is so nice and kind glad to have ran into him because I was unsure……

“My daughter is older but the room was big, so she enjoined that piece. I’ve stayed at Candlewood before and never had any issues. ”

“I didn't have breakfast due to I woke up late. The parking was very convenient. I didn't feel safe in my room #162 due to the side door of the building was broken and could not shut. Meaning anyone can come into the bldg from that side door that isn't authorized to be here. Very uncomfortable feeling.”
