“The staff were so friendly”

“We reserved a king room, was given a queen. The room smelled of stale cigarettes permeated our clothes, and we had no lock on our door. Not a very pleasurable experience.”

“I usually leave good reviews, but I would never come back here. GOOD things: Night staff was helpful & nice, the sheets were clean, bed comfortable, A/C, shower, and TV worked, Parking was easy. NOT GOOD things: The lobby smelled like a bad bathroom when we walked in. Dirty floors throughout, food bits all over the floor in our room (kept my shoes on!), bathroom floor dirty, garbage on the desk, cups not stocked, sticky residue in the ice bucket, pee and hair on the top of the toilet, hair in……

“The room and surrounding area were clean but there was an unpleasant odor in the room. We opened the window which took away the smell. The water pressure in the shower was good. No complementary soap or shampoo in restroom. The full sized fridge along with the cooktop were nice but adding a small coffeemaker would have been nice. What was supposed to be the bath towels were very small, more like a large hand towel. The toilet was very low. A small child would have no problem sitting on it and……

“It was very spacious for my family of 6. There was great amenities & amazing breakfast. Room was cleaned efficiently.”

“The hotel was what I would consider average. The room was clean but not overly large. Lighting in the bathroom was very dim. They need a different type of fixture. Putting in my contacts was quite a challenge. Bedding was average. Bathroom amenities were good. Breakfast was good. Pool was closed by the health dept. ? There was a $250 deposit put on my credit card for incidentals & I was told at check out that it would come off in 5-7 days? I think that is too long! The price was good……

“The room is beautiful and if you just come to gamble it is a great place. The downside is the restaurants open at 5pm and close at 10 pm. They missed an opportunity with 1500 people leaving the concert venue in the facility with NOTHING open to eat or grab a drink. We just did not expect this. OK so there was a Vietnamese restaurant open until midnight but did not meet our needs. ”

“Big clean rooms, nice breakfast, lots of parking, and great staff”

“The pool was closed without previous notice on the book in. We had just stayed there a few days before that and they told us that it was shut down by the health department... I'm sure they didn't want to put that on the booking information... We have been going to this place for months and swimming in this pool now we are gonna have to get check for whatever.. but it wasn't simply me and my wife it was our 3 yr old who I'm worried about! ”
