We don't have any criticisms, only suggestions that could have made our stay a little more comfortable/convenient. 1: Clear/concise instructions as to how to operate the hot tub; hot tub control panel could be placed in a more convenient location 2: We did not use the outdoor fireplace and would have liked to have in the evenings when it was cooler; the fire place appears to be natural gas however there……

“The house is set up very nicely with all of the amenities that you would hope for. The desk/workstation was a nice surprise for me as I needed to work during our stay and it provided a very nice spot for me. The pool and backyard were very nice and provided a great place for us to just relax. Kaneesha was very responsive when we needed her help and was a very gracious host. “This home is very comfortable and has a great yard and pool. The location is ideal for golfing and hiking. It’s a little far from some touristy areas like Scottsdale but the area does offer some good restaurants and entertainment!”

“This property truly has it all and the pictures do not do it justice! We went with a large group of friends, including children ages 1-8. They were more than entertained by the pool, bounce house, games room, and toys on the patio! This house was very well equipped with everything we needed – plenty of nice large towels for the pool, toiletries and other household necessities, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The added pool fence provided a great piece of mind with so many littles,……

“My family and I stayed for a week in March to attend some baseball spring training. The house was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of beds for everybody and very neat and tidy. The kitchen was perfect for our gathering area. The hosts were responsive with any questions we had. The ONLY thing we found a little frustrating was the berries from the trees. Very glad we ended up not bringing our dog, because these were everywhere! Which then meant that the birds and squirrels were constantly around……

“Everything was great! The only comment I have is the air fresheners were very overwhelming and strong. A lot of people have chemical sensitivities and we had to set them outside because we couldn’t tolerate them.”

“Check-in was easy and host was very accommodating. There has been mention in other reviews regarding window coverings. If that is an issue for you, then come prepared with solutions. We did and found the solutions were pretty easy. Close to many parks and State Farm Stadium. We chose to take the 20-30 minute walk to the stadium each time, rather than fight traffic and parking. For that reason alone, this property gets our overall rating of 5.”
