“The farm house is wonderful, well equipped and plenty of space for the 9 of us. The locations is fantastic with the town a short walk away, where there was a Spar, brasserie & Indian restaurant (highly recommended). On arrival the pool was murky and dirty, and we had to clean the day bed sheets, the owner it got sorted with help from a local friend and the hoover was run daily. “We loved staying at La Maison, the two residences were perfect for our group of friends. There was plenty of space and different areas to chill out and we used all of them. The pool was a great way to cool down each afternoon. The rooms are spacious with all the basics provided. We were also welcomed with a box of goodies and milk in the fridge. If you plan to use the BBQ, you do need to buy coal and fire starters. We arranged the chef to cook 3 course meals for us, which went really well and……

“A beautiful property in a stunning region. We count ourselves extremely lucky to have found this farmhouse, with just 8 weeks from booking to arrival. “Excellent location, really gorgeous pool and spaces outside were perfect for us, we had four adults and five children between us and the youngest was kept safe as there is no access to the pool or the road if you keep the door and gates locked, which was really helpful. Our trips to Aubeterre were lovely and just a short drive away, sadly the restaurant in Montboyer was closed but we enjoyed making pizza outside and cooking lots of meat and salads.
