「Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and upgraded our room. We had an issue with the security deposit taken out twice, but that was because we checked in after 12am and the deposit is apparently automated for 12am the day after check-in; met with a manager and they were able to reverse it immediately. No complaints, wish the rooms had microwaves!」
