“They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. ”

“Super chices Appartment in bester Lage; jegliche Bahnen (S/U/Bus) waren mit zweiminütigem Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und war richtig schön hell. Wir hatten die Suite L für drei Erwachsene und das hat locker gereicht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief über Telefon/WhatsApp/SMS und lief problemlos & zeitnah. Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man bloß eine Unterkunft braucht und sich mit Essen selbst versorgen möchte. ”

“It’s a great property well located as it’s not too far from alexanderplatz. It was clean and comfortable! What was a little unfortunate is that the facility has no storage room and therefore, If like us, your return journey is towards the end of the day, you either have to find a storage rental service or carry the bag with you wherever you go! If you have backpacks or small trolley bags, the latter is doable however if you’ve got bigger bags, it’s unlikely to be convenient and so you’d need……

“It’s a cozy, modern hotel with a nice location: a-minute walk from the underground U2 Line. And tram M8 is right in front of the hotel, which is pretty easy to get to the central station. The hotel is just a station away from Alexanderplatz, which is a noted shopping area as well as transportation hub in eastern Berlin. ”

Wir kamen spät abends an und trotzdem haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Es war nicht nur die wunderschöne Atmosphäre, die liebevoll gemachten Betten und die Ausstattung… es war das gesamte Bild in jedem Detail… es sind so viele liebevolle Details in jeder Ecke zu finden, die sich unsere Gastgeber für ihre Gäste……

“Die Unterkunft war toll, der digitale Check In war leider katastrophal. Auch wenn bei der Hotline und im digitalen Chat alle nett waren, hat es fast 24h gedauert, bis wir unsere PIN hatten, es gab keine Rezeption vor Ort und am Ende war unsere Unterkunft doppelt belegt. Wie das passieren kann, wo doch alles DIGITAL ist und wir ja schon am Vortag den Check In machen mussten, ist mir ein Rätsel. Unser erster Urlaubstag war komplett ruiniert, weil wir trotz Check In am Vortag von 11:00-15:00h mit……

“Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war ohne Überraschung. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Das Duschwasser war heiss, was nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Der Sitzplatz vor dem Haus ist sehr schön. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Es war alles bestens!”

“Very nice rooms with little balcony, bathroom and kitchen, nicely furnished. Unfortunately the communication about the PIN code on how to access the building and room got ‚blocked‘ by hotel.com and arrived 24 h later. Thankfully the lady still worked… 30 min later she would have been gone. ”

“The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, including coffee, olive oil, salt, etc. We also got several goodie bags with chocolate and water which was a very nice touch. Apartment was located near public transportation and good restaurants, would definitely stay again if in Berlin.”

“Very cosy and modern hotel. Nice and young design. Very comfy bed, we had very good sleep. Free water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate at reception. Staffs are very friendly. We like the lobby. Hotel located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Supermarket and dm are right next door. ”

“酒店离机场不远，交通方便，楼下就有一家餐厅，味道很不错。早餐很丰富，服务也不错，只是我的房间窗户是朝室内的，虽然不吵，但不能来开窗帘，感觉有点怪。”
