You do need a car to be able to get out and about and explore the lovely area, we managed to get to Truro (Healeys Cider Farm)/Perranporth, Boscastle and Instow (perfect for our dogs, who enjoyed the run on the beach) and all within about an hour away and then you come back to a very comfortable property, at the end of your day to relax and unwind. 「We had the attic room and it's very spacious. The bedroom has a huge bed that is not too soft and we slept like the dead. Dual aspect with sky lights. Fan and extra soft cuddly blankets if needed. You get in as is very clean , it has 4 double rooms and one shared shower/toilet , very impressive with the lay out . I would 100% recommend and book again」

「It's misleading to say you provide breakfast when the only breakfast is make it yourself. The only thing on offer was stale cereals and bread that I had to cut the mould off. The toilet doesn't flush properly and the shower doesn't drain properly but it was a good shower. There was no food available in the restaurant. It also states it provides parking. It doesn't.」
