“The villa is located in a small town; Latte. It has a supermarket with a cafe/restaurant where you can get all of your groceries and morning coffee. The area is very close to Menton, Monaco and the Alps without the massive price tag of the French Riveria. The villa is huge with a pool overlooking the Med. Definite recommend.”

Amazing hosts from check in through check out, showing us all the ins and outs of the property and providing us with many good recommendations to explore locally. There were countless beaches nearby to choose from, including Monterosso which was accessible via a quick train ride. On site BBQ and pizza oven were nice to have. Il vino Della casa e l’olio d’oliva erano deliziosi! 10/10 would recommend. We hope to visit again soon!”

“Loved the property. The history of the home is fascinating and the owner was gracious and helpful.”

“The owner was super friendly and helpful. When we could not find the property, he came to meet us with his car to guide us. He also brought us grilled meat and vegetables. We were a party of 6 people and with 3 bedrooms and a big living area there was enough space. The garden/outside area is beautifully maintained with palm trees surrounding the pool. The facilities are of excellent quality and very modern (a rare thing to find), exactly as promised in the pictures. The aircon was very reliable……

They were incredibly attentive, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. They even went above and beyond to recommend the most fabulous local restaurants and handle our dinner reservations. The Property & Location: The apartment itself was immaculate,……
