A really nice and relaxed time

My wife and I had a really good stay at this unit. It had a nice big fridge so we were able to stock up on essentials. Basic cable so bring your streaming box. The resort was awesome! The pools and hot tubs were a hit! Met lots of people everyday. Great location as well.

Besides the fact the hotel property is nice the room was not matching the location, the bed is very uncomfortable, we never got new towels that we asked for and the floor we were on was incredibly noisy constant door slamming and you can hear everyone on that floor so very little privacy. Next time i will be going directly through the hotels website instead of a private owned room.

This would have been a great deal if not for the $180 resort fee and $25 per night parking fee. I have never paid for parking before, even at high end resorts on the island.

My Lihue stay

The room floors were dirty upon arrival. There was a hole in the sheets. The room other than that was fine. The lightning is good. The grounds are beautiful.

The property was nice however, Best Deal In Town, is a privately owned hotel room in this complex. The privaiwner does not do any housekeeping, trash towels etc... and also owns the worst rooms in the complex. Noisy and with no view whatsoever.
