“Hotel was being renovated in the building we stayed in which was fine until we heard loud construction happening in the next room including all the drilling, hammering and a de humidifier in the hallway. The lobby was under renovations so in order to get to our room we had a maze of up to 3 the crossing over a bridge then elevator down to 2 etc it was a hassle for sure. I was disappointed in all this. Also we called the bell desk a Cpl times because we had questions and they didn’t answer. The……

“Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. ”

“Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.”

There is a toaster, kettle, small bar type fridge, dishes for three, cutlery in the drawer and all the little extras you can imagine: two beach chairs, snorkel gear, hiking poles, very comfy king bed. Modern bathroom with plenty of supplies to cover your needs. 2 Onsite restaurants and a little coffee shop that serves a great breakfast burrito. Hosts are great communicators.
