Magical Lille

We really loved our stay in Lille, the location was perfect, the apartment ideal for us, well appointed and clean.exception was the toilet is on a separate level to the bathroom and access to the apartment, up 3 levels of very narrow spiral stairs was harrowing. Not Ideal for anyone with suitcases, disabilties or elderly.

Un appartement, certes très bien situé dans le vieux Lille, à proximité des bars, restos et boutiques, mais vraiment très médiocre en termes de confort! Il y fait froid et humide. L'escalier est franchement inconfortable et extrêmement dangereux. Bref, pas vraiment top.

A fuir ! une honte !!

- humidité dans l appartement et dans l escalier y menant, (pb d hygiène et d insalubrité) - simple vitrage dans tout l appartement (bruit et non isolé) - carreau cassé ! - sol de la cuisine complètement usé et abîmé - fenêtre de la cuisine qui ne se ferme pas avec la poignée : ouverture facile pour un enfant ( danger + froid + bruit) - porte de salle de bain défoncée !! - toilettes mal installées - aucune déco ( comme présentée dans l annonce) - peinture écaillée et défraîchie dans tout l appartement - radiateurs sales - escalier très raide voire très dangereux pour enfants en bas âge Cet appartement est insalubre et en tous cas impropre à la location.... J ai des photos à disposition !!
