“The communication beforehand and during our trip was incredible. They had an option for offline capabilities and the hot tub worked great. Thank you for this great stay! There were also plenty of towels and all the necessities for a full kitchen.”

“False advertising with main photo being the attached restaurant (not lobby), which the staff informed me ‘went bankrupt some time ago’. That photo was the selling point for me. Aging hotel with ‘DIY upgrades’. Under-staffed = 1.5 hr early check-in rejected due to “only 2 maids”. 1st impression from parking lot - several windows on upper floors were wide open with ripped curtains flapping in the wind… not a solid first impression. 1 Bed had macaroni left-overs clinging to side of the bed. 1 of……
