From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. The views are absolutely breathtaking — truly the kind that stay with you long after you leave. Our room was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. What touched us most was the wonderful birthday……

“Amazing shower. Best shower in my peru trip. Hot water is so enough. Hotel provides breakfast from 5:00am. It is perfect for the one need to catch the early bus to machu picchu. It has lift. However, the hotel is located next to the heavy river. It may be a bit noisy.”

“The staff was very attentive and charming. Leo check with us when we arrived and helped us with getting transportation from the Hotel to Cusco. He made sure to know what time we’d like to have breakfast daily. The grounds at the hotel are beautiful and the accommodations with a sitting area with tea was lovely.”
