「Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Ollantayambo. We stayed in a ‘bungalow’ which was on 2 floors. Kingsize bed with bathroom and seating area upstairs and double bedroom, bathroom and living area downstairs and very nicely furnished with good views over the countryside. There was a small kitchen area with a microwave but bizarrely no crockery or cutlery. Kettle and teabags supplied but no coffee(!) Set in expansive gardens with alpacas wandering freely around. Comfortable room but beware the train...

「We have a wonderful vacation with family. Great place」

「The grounds are stunning! Beautiful cabin porch, saw the stars at night in privacy, enjoyed a little campfire. The restaurant offered fresh food and great service. The only issue was our room had 2 bedroom which basically took up the entire cottage. Not their fault - mine as there were not as many available. The hot water was an issue as it took a long time. My husband never got any after I was done. (Which was ridiculous as I took a short one.) Other than that not issues. I would not...

「I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment...

「Great place to stay with friendly staff, recommend.」

「It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. This is only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (I think) so we got lucky as we were okay there one night. Worth it. He was so nice and educational. We’ve never...

「Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic」

「Stan and his wife were very helpful on planning our activities to archaeological sites. The breakfast was great and the location was close to main plaza and train station. Also price was affordable. Thank you for the great service.」

「We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs...

「Very nice rooftop terrace and friendly staff! Breakfast has lots of choices too, organic coffee, tea and cooled boiled water available at all times. Calm street short walk from the square.」

「recommend!」

「Staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent, clean room」

「This place is my favorite, second time out here, perfectly located. The staff is beyond amazing. This is the spot with the VIEW」
