“Clean room and very comfortable.”

“room was okay for a quick overnight stay. water pressure was good and staff was kind. good location near ETSU and chain stores.”

“Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location.”

“Su and Mike were wonderful innkeepers/hosts! The Terrell House was perfectly clean, the bed very comfortable, linens crisp white and clean. We had a delightful continental breakfast in the dining room. We would definitely recommend this B&B and come back again!”

“Everything was great. The room was really clean and I am pretty particular. My room had a decent sized refrigerator which came in handy. The fitness room was decent as well.”

“The second you walk in all you smell is old cigarette smoke. You can tell this place has always been a heavily smoked in building. Even the couple of times i went out to my car there were people literally right outside of the doors smoking. I had a non smoking room, it didn’t smell like smoke but there was a very strong air freshener of some kind in there and that’s all you could smell. The bed was very comfortable though. You can tell they have tried to renovate the rooms but the work is……

“Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never……
