「Nice quiet rural setting, yet in the city. Seclusion. The unit itself was super clean, well stocked with juices coffee water and some snacks. The bathroom was updates with crisp marbled tiles throughout. Excellent modern washer dryer units, updated decor, smart tv super cold fridge unit.private parking @ front door of unit. Can't say enough great things about location. VRBO owners fast in responses and very friendly and caring via emails passed. I would not hesitate to stay again! AWESOME...

「Daughter and I visited my granddaughter who goes to TU. The house was perfect for us! Very close to the campus in a nice quiet neighborhood. Some of the pleasant surprises were the private back yard with a deck and comfy chairs for watching birds, squirrels and bunnies; lights above the twin beds for reading; caring and gracious hosts. We had to unexpectedly keep the granddaughter's cat that we brought for her for a few days and Justin was very understanding. We also enjoyed the extra room...

「We were so happy to have this comfortable spot to spend our nights and early mornings while attending a convention downtown. The location was nice and quiet and only 5-10 minutes from the convention center. We loved having a garage in which we could park overnight, too!We did have an issue during our three day visit, but the host resolved it almost immediately. Also, the pictures and description say it’s a private backyard but it’s a duplex and someone else lives in the other side and you share the backyard with them. It felt a little awkward being in someone else’s space because the entire yard is fenced in but half of it belongs to the people who live on the other side. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe and the location is nice. 」
