"The apartment was easy to find using Google , fairly new and quite welcoming! Lots of useful emails from Hopewell the management company. The layout of the property and its facilities were excellent! However, the whole place needs a very big deep clean! The lounge has a yellow rug on the floor that has definitely seen better days, it was stained and generally nasty. The kitchen utensils all need a good wash before we could use them. "Good location. Excellent breakfast. There's no parking at the hotel. Also, no discount on city parking. The receptionist recommended Southgate parking, which is a bit far. The room is compact and newly renovated. It was extremely hot outside during our trip. The built-in air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. I recommend it."

"The location is ideal – right in the city centre. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has its own large paid parking for £17 per day. The rooms are a bit dated. Outside, it was extremely hot during our trip. The room's built-in air conditioning, despite being set to the lowest possible setting (+18°C), was blowing hot air. The windows wouldn't open, making it impossible to sleep."

"Room clean and well designed. More space than we expected for the price. Great to have cold water available by lifts on each floor, but ice cubes meant a trip to the bar. Bar staff friendly and helpful, some of the counter staff a little less so. Great to have air-conditioning. Didn't know there was disabled parking available just steps from reception, until we got there. And when we went to use it, found that it was labelled as drop off area/staff parking. Checked at reception and apparently I was okay to park there, but some disabled guests would have driven off and parked further away, unnecessarily. Hotel isn't in the city centre, but with free parking we saved more than we spent on Ubers. Good value for money."

"Room was lovely although not the most comfortable of beds and really did not like the pillows but others may be happy with it. No plug near mirror so had to dry hair 'blind' which is a bit of a pain. Where the plugs are situated is no mirror although there is space for one. The breakfast was very good although the pastries were a bit stale but good cooked breakfast. Parking was safe and convenient £17 a day. Hotel is nicely situated close to great shopping area and 12min walk to train station."
