Wonderful gem! Super friendly and helpful staff. They have thought of anything you might need and make it easily available in a special amenity room. Wonderful pizza restaurant on site. Lots of outdoor seating around fires. A fun croquet/mini out course. Short walk to the beach.

Very quiet and friendly environment with staff, everything was with in reach like towels, coffee, ice, laundry, soap, detergent. We received a room near the street and you could hear every car driving by. But I m sure the other rooms were better in the sence of noise.

LOL! so i took the time to write 3 LONG reviews about my horrendous experience here! They rejected each of them! WONDER WHY THAT IS!? in short- the staff is extremely rude if you have to ask them anything including why the wifi is not working and discovering that the snacks you got in the middle of the night were extremely expired being a ice cream cone and a jimmy johns sausage patty. The lady in the kitchen was rude too. Not the type of service you think you'd get from a "resort" 5 night stay for me and i am relaxing in my car after i check out on my phone and i get told that i "can't sleep in the parking lot" as if that's what i planned to do! I can't relax in my car before taking off? Really? Not inviting. Old and not what you would expect. Nice grounds and what not but the personnel besides randy all suck. I would advise the propert to hire nicer people if the owners want people to keep coming cause they are gonna run people off. I guarantee it.

This was our first stay at The Anchor Inn Resort and we will definitely be back. We loved the location. The South end of Lincoln City is much quieter and less chaotic than the main part of town but still close enough to everything you'd need. And let me tell you, THE MOST COMFORTABLE HOTEL BED I'VE EVER SLEPT IN. The amenities were also great. Our room had a complimentary s'mores kit, a couple bottles of water and some chips. The courtyard had multiple fire pits for roasting your marshmallows and for relaxing in the evening. There was a super convenient amenities room available to all guests which gave you access to more towels, coffee pods, DVDs to watch in your room, ice machine and even a washer and dryer. We loved that the property was pet friendly and only charged a one time pet fee VS a nightly pet fee. There is also a restaurant with AMAZING pizza and garlic knots right in the lobby and they'll deliver your food right to your room. Some of the best pizza I've ever had hands down. The only negatives were the location of the room we were given and the shower. The room was the only room on the bottom level right behind the check in office so it was pretty loud prior to 10pm quiet time. The other being the shower was extremely small. I'm still giving it 5 stars though because all the amenities really make this place stand out from other hotels.

I'm sad I hadn't stayed here sooner. I stay in Lincoln City frequently for work and had avoided booking this location due to the location right on Hwy 101. However, once you turn into the parking lot you forget where you are. The back area with trees and benches is calm and quiet. The back way onto small, local streets led me to a beach access and then an area with multiple restaurant options. The rooms are done up in a nautical theme which is quite cute. I totally enjoyed my stay and will return.

It looks like this cute little hotel was probably built in the 50s and they have taken such good care of it but there are still many things such as the wood paneling and the old lamps that give this place so much charm! They also had a really fantastic game room andAnd amenities room with coffee tea and towels or extra blankets if you needed them. The coffee machine in our room, number seven, didn’t work but we were right next-door to the amenities room which aren’t working coffee maker. Overall I just really love this place and it would be a great place to bring small children as well!

We brought our furbabies with us. All rooms are dog friendly. Nice grounds for walking the dogs. And firepits to hangout by. Overall, i would recommend.

tiny spot in Lincoln city
It was really quant. A bit rustic. Check in was terrible, there trying to make it so its like self-service. Good thing the cleaning lady was on site otherwise we never would have been able to get into our room. The décor is like 1940 ish . Small tight and old. Don’t book here if you want to relax in the evening and watch the news or something on TV. They expect you to log in to there Netflix. The beds and pillows were Great though. Slept well. First Hotel/Motel that supplied ear plugs to guest. Once during the night, we got woke up by loud guests returning from the bars. I wouldn’t rebook this one.

Rooms smelled very musty. Walls so thin we could hear everything, could even hear the person in the room next to us snoring. Was told we would be in a cabin and ended up in the statehouse which was not ideal since we had our dog with us. Would not recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. Great property for kids. Only thing to be aware of is that some of the room are close to Hwy 101 so there is road noise.

Needs a little more parking.. we came back late from the casino and parking lot was really full. We got the last spot.. also needs better signs to point you to the office for check in.. but the place was great.. right off the beach , cozy rooms and Mult fire pits to hand out at..

Charming little boutique hotel. We were very comfortable and appreciated the Netflix in the room. The beds are comfortable which is rare for coasts hotels. The room had everything we needed. It can get a bit cold at night so bring and extra blanket or request one. We will definitely be back.

I love this place.
This is my favorite place to stay in Lincoln City and I’ve stayed at several other hotels. It’s comfortable (I sleep well) the bed is amazing. It’s clean and it’s quiet.
