Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable home, nice yard and beautiful views. My only criticism is that the personal mementos were a bit much and include the cremations of someone we suspect was the family matriarch. That was a bit creepy.

Lovely quaint cottage. The views and ambience were perfect. Had a little trouble with all the different locks but overall it was exceptional.

Really nice lodging

This VRBO was very nice and everything we needed. Right on the beach, easy access to surrounding businesses, well maintained. We'd rent this again if we ever return to Lincoln City.

Awesome place.would differently stay again. Great location. My only advice would be clean outside of living room viewing windows. We wiped off and vision of ocean was much better.

Jetty Ave Cottage

House was very nice very clean and supplied with plenty of kitchen amenities. The view is amazing and private beach access great. All rental requirements were explained up front and easy to understand check in and out was super easy. I have already recommended this place to friends. I will definitely be back

Location is perfect for sitting inside or outside and watching waves roll as tide goes out and comes back in. It is a very short walk to beach. Home is updated and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well stocked for cooking delicious local seafood. It was as advertised and more

Great location

Great getaway home with all the amenities. There are a lot of family photos everywhere, so that is a little awkward. Also took a while to find the thermostat for the heat, it is behind the TV in the living room. Beautiful view of the ocean and great beach access.
