Nice place on the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. There is a walk down a steep set of stairs to the beach, the hot tub is a great addition that we used regularly, and the home is in nice enough condition to enjoy with lots of great views of the ocean. It's not the fanciest or nicest place to stay, but definitely comfortable enough for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids).

We had a great time. The house was nice, enjoyed the hot tub, the view, and the area. The only thing I didn’t like is the strict check in time. We traveled 11hours and had to wait around to check in even though the house was ready to go. I think if it’s ready to go we should have been allowed to get in sooner. That would be my only complaint.

Fabulous girls weekend

The property was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was amazing right on the beach. The views from the windows are exceptional. Beds very comfortable.Kitchen could do with restocking with some of the essentials like salt and pepper maybe cooking oil, plastic wrap, foil we had to go buy that stuff

Awesome rental

This rental was on the beach, hot tub. Very clean. Very cute. Very accessible. Stayed here with my girls for my birthday and it was perfectly homie. Perfect get away!!

Beach House

Awesome house, nice and clean and it being right on the beach is a plus. We had no neighbors next to us but it does seem like they might happen because its a duplex.

Little Toes in the Sand.

The view of the ocean is one of the best I've seen. The windows in the living room are large enough to sit 5 or 6 comfortably to enjoy the view. The master bedroom has a great view also. There is easy access to the beach and has little traffic early morning to early afternoon. The public access is close by and it does get busier later in the day. The beach is by far my favorite on the coast and there is a lovely tide pool to view at low tide within walking distance. The house is furnished with enough towels , cooking utensils and beds for a family of 7 or 8. The driveway is difficult and should be mentioned in the listing that only 1 vehicle can fit in the space provided. They told us that additional parking is in front of the garage which only occupies a very small car, our van did not fit there but did in the driveway. There are two showers but are very small and will not be comfortable for taller guests. The small bathrooms were furnished with plenty of extra soap, shampoos and etc. It is in a great neighborhood and is very hard to find such listings with beachfront property for a good price. I would stay again if I was only bringing the one vehicle or if they were to open the garage for parking. I would highly recommend this property but not for large vehicles or guests

Beautiful view but misleading online description.

The moment I arrived at the home was difficult. The instructions for entrance so were unclear I could not figure out how to get inside. Furthermore, the description on Vacasa does not tell you this is a one of two units that makes up the home; it makes it seem like it’s the entire house based on the photo. There is no mention it’s split. I was also traveling with my elderly father who doesn’t not walk well. The description cites “easy beach access.” Well, at the bottom of the stairs there are a ton of rocks to move through - not ideal for an elderly person or a young child. There was also no combo provided for the hot tub in any of the instructions. I had to contact customer service twice: once to get in the house, once to get into the hot tub. They were great and helpful so that was nice. House was mostly clean other than some hair in the upstairs bathroom. On the sink and in the shower. The view was spectacular so it did have that going for it. Overall would have been fine if I had actually known what I was getting into.
