The view is what makes the room. It wasn’t that clean and the fireplace and the coffee pot didn’t work. We had some college girls that stayed next door and were very loud the first night. But after an awkward exchange at 2am it got better.

Ok, but wouldn’t stay again

This is an old hotel now managed by Vacasa. There is no one on site should you have any issues. The positives are that the room was clean (I always look under the beds and it was very clean under both), the shower was great and the bed closest to the balcony (we didn’t use the other bed) was very comfortable. We had our dog with us and were left a basket with a dog towel, waste bags and a bowl. The negatives are that the room is pretty beat up. The paint is peeling off the baseboards, there is a chunk out of the tile on the fireplace, the fireplace pilot flame was on making the room quite toasty when the sliding door was closed and no way to shut it off because the dial that controls the fireplace doesn’t work. It just spins and doesn’t do anything. The lamp between the beds has a light bulb whose socket just hangs there and it’s a bit tricky to turn off and on. We were left complimentary coffee and creamer but no plastic utensils to stir it with. The walls and ceiling are super thin. The family above us let their kids jump off the beds (we could literally hear the dad telling the kids to “jump”) and run around until midnight. Sounded like a herd of elephants thundering around up there. Another annoying thing were the people who just sit outside on their balconies smoking pot several times a day, making our room stink. We would have to wait until they went back inside so we could open the door and let some fresh air in. The property grounds could also use some TLC.

If you have never been to Lincoln City, don't make this your first stay.

The place itself is a cute room, but whoever posted definitely used a photo filter for the room. The walls were dirty and smudgy and had dings all over, no one cared to clean the smudges on the inside of the window sliding door, the floors were not swept (you could not walk barefoot, it was disgusting), there's about a half inch of dust and dirt on the baseboards in the entire room, and the top of the for mantle also had built to dust. I loved that they provided a coffee pot with 3 bags of coffee, but it definitely would have been nice to provide me with a coffee mug or even a paper coffee cup to put it in, I ended up stealing a paper coffee cup from the casino's food court. The view is definitely gorgeous and the weather was perfect during my stay to enjoy it. As far as the beach access goes, it is CLOSED. There is an excavator and boulders and a few feet of sand dug up blocking the access. During this time, the host should have taken the *beach access* incentive off of the headline. False advertisement. With the rate of the room, service fees, cleaning fees, and tax, it wasn't worth what I had to pay. I don't have an issue spending that money, but I very well could have found another place that is worth the money and wasn't so misleading. If you have never been to Lincoln City, please do better research for your stay first time here. Lincoln City is a beautiful and wonderful place, but you deserve a better place for your first time experience.

Walked in to one bed that had been made, the other was totally stripped with nothing on it! Looked like they were in the process of cleaning, left to do something else and never came back! Totally disappointed in that!

Rustic great view and can hear the ocean from the balcony

Although it has a mix of 90’s and 2000 plus feel. It’s not as new as the pictures show it still is a beautiful place for what the price point is listed for… Please make sure bathroom fan is fixed for the next stayers… wasn’t fun to have to air out but it did rather quickly.. Didn’t care for the 10am check out whereas most places are 11am… Small changes but overall loved the place.

Second time staying there. Was perfect

Love staying there in Lincoln city. It is in the middle of seaside and Bandon. We love to travel and checkout each little town and staying here is perfect. Love the price, area and the room. Just a block from beach and great restaurants

Price is right but it was lacking.

Well. The price was right and the views were great. The room itself was stark white and very unwelcoming, but it was clean. The smell walking in was strong cleaning sprays and very stuffy. Again, at least it was clean. The bed was hard and the pillows were just awful, but they were clean. The views from the balcony were great and the sound of the waves were awesome. I wanted to leave my balcony door wide open while I slept but the other balconies were a small 3 foot railing away and anyone could have easily stepped over and walked right into my room. If you’re planning to relax quietly in your room all weekend, then pass on this one. But if you need a place to crash in between a busy schedule, than this could work nicely. I appreciate that it was clean but my weekend was for quiet relaxation and this room fell short for me.

Okay, not great.

The room was good. It was clean; however, there is no air conditioner so the room got hot and “stale” during the day. It is close to the beach and the view of the ocean was beautiful; however, the access to the beach was rough. It felt like we were walking through someone’s back yard to get to the stairs. Our first day, they (the people staying in the room that had the yard we had to walk through to get to the stairs leading down to the road to follow to the beach) were sitting around and on the stairs, it was uncomfortable walking around them to get by. Sat the end of the road, the beach access was broken ground with uneven rocks that you had to climb up and down. Pretty dangerous and uncomfortable for someone with back or feet problems. The people in the room above us were very noisy at night. They also peed on their deck, right above our deck, and it splashed into our room. If it wasn’t pee, we never found out because management didn’t take care of the problem. So, we couldn’t use our deck for half of our stay, not really knowing what it was…pee, or what?! The reservation part was the only exception. That was easy to do online and the communication about accessing the room was great. Every thing else was a bit of a disappointment.

Beach trip

The was clean. The location is great and the check in was easy. The bed was not comfortable for me. It was a very hard mattress. Our stay was for 6 nights. Housekeeping did leave us extra towels but no extra extra bags. The shower didn't work so we had to take baths. For the price it was a decent room.

Vacasa is hotel?

I did not expect to get a hotel room on VRBO. One of the most bare motel rooms we've ever seen. Furniture was two queen beds on squeaky frames and a spartan table with two benches. There were no other chairs. Other listings of this type are condominiums but this one had no kitchen, only a fridge and a microwave. Not a room to spend any time in. One afternoon we spent a short time in the room and a dog was barking non-stop in an adjacent room. (Is that what "pet friendly" means? We would not stay there again.

We appreciate the ocean view from the room. For what we paid, we can't complain. Simple space for what we needed, a safe space to leave our things during the day and ocean sound in the background for sleep.

Look somewhere else

The view was the only decent thing, everything else was awful. It was unbelievably noisy until almost 3am, the walls and floors are paper thin and if anyone is smoking on your level, the entire level reeks. The fridge had been unplugged and had leaked water everywhere, the bathroom fan didn’t work so when we showered the entire unit was steamy and wet. Beds were super outdated and hard, I was surprised the sheets were clean honestly. Total waste of money and time, I would take your business elsewhere! I’ve stayed at vacasa homes before, but this place is awful.

Better than expected

The home was clean, spacious, and better than I expected for the price I paid. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and the location was perfect. The beach was steps away. This was an excellent last minute beach getaway with friends.

listed address is incorrect

To start... The correct address is key... Took 30 minutes to figure out where to go... The room was nice, clean, had a great view. Had plumbing issue, drains not working... And had to call 2 times to get it fixed. There was no battery in the smoke alarm, and there was also a brand new smoke alarm, packaged but not installed. I'm sure with the pandemic in a small town... Finding labor is difficult right now... The property needs maintenance.

Loved our stay!

Enjoyed our room with the wonderful view of the ocean every morning. The only thing we had issues with was finding a parking spot at night that could hold our pickup close to our room. The staff was wonderful & helped us immediately when we needed help getting our spare key after the kids locked the room with the key inside. Our neighbors did ask us to check the balcony after one of their side rails had come loose, but our section was very secure & safe. I would definitely recommend another visit.

I wouldn’t stay here again

When I went to get the key from my lock, it wasn’t there. I had to call and have management unlock my room for me. It took awhile before I was able to get a key to my room.

Great for the price this time of year

This was a pretty great deal booked fairly last minute for a great price on the Oregon Coast in June...but...it is run down, was bummed the electric fireplace didn't work, the room is sparse, not overly comfortable, but again...we weren't there to hang out in the room. The deck was just as advertised, with an ocean view that is really great! Close to beach access, lots of dining and entertainment options throughout Lincoln city. Check out the autobahn 101, a local German spot with amazing food and drinks, GREAT PEOPLE! Go check out the several beach access points with parking and restrooms at most. As of this review in mid June masks are expected and enforced. TAKE CARE!

Clean with Ocean view

We enjoyed our stay and ocean views at a low price. The room was clean and bright. We had everything we needed for basic food prep, mugs, dish soap and coffee. We loved that there was a little table and benches for meals. The one downside for us was that the fire place did not work, though we tried for a while to get it on. Overall pleased by the location, cleanliness and value.
