Summary:
Unit 114 at D Sands Condominiums is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo with an amazing ocean view, a cozy gas fireplace, and a balcony for watching the waves. Easy beach access is nearby, with our private staircase for your convenience. The Queen sized bed accommodates up to 2 guests, and the walk in shower is a popular bathroom feature. Relax and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, or walk to any of the nearby restaurants for a memorable meal during your stay!

The Space:
Unit 114 at D Sands Condominiums is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo with an amazing ocean view, a cozy gas fireplace, and a balcony for watching the waves. Easy beach access is nearby, with our private staircase for your convenience. The Queen-sized bed accommodates up to 2 guests, and the walk-in shower is a popular bathroom feature. Relax and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, or walk to any of the nearby restaurants for a memorable meal during your stay!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:
Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Our room, overlooking the ocean, was very clean, comfortable and equipped with essentials for cooking. It's an older condo, but in great shape. We were in a good location and discovered Otis Grill and Kyllos Seafood restaurants, nearby!

Very nice room, great view. Had zero issues with check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again. Laundry next door was a little loud but quiet after 8pm. Most importantly, the windows were clean for viewing the ocean. Thank you, Rob and Amber

I was notified only a couple hrs prior to arrival that I was not able to get the original room o had rented I was downgraded to another unit that was not at all appealing whatsoever. However they did reimburse only 30 percent but I feel like it should have been 50 due to the accommodations.

We loved the view, and appreciated the kitchen with all the appliances and dishes. I wasn’t a fan of the bed, it was kind of painful, and the pillows left something to be desired. The toilet paper was not good. I also didn’t like that the Teflon pans were incredibly scratched, which is not safe or healthy. And the dvd players could not connect to the tv. With all things considered, it felt clean, and the place was nice to stay at for a couple nights.

Property was in great shape. Rental agent responded to everything. Great access to the beach, lovely views! Only issue we had was pool and hottub were cold, not good for a winter swim and the jets don’t work on the hottub. They washed the deck above us while we were enjoying the sunset and water poured down on us. We complained but were told sorry, is what it is. Would have prefered they stopped for an hour. :(

There was a large stain on the carpet nips to the table, the hairdryer is broken, the door handle to the outside deck door was broken, not enough variety of cooking utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. Parking is an absolute nightmare! The Parkinson’s are very, very narrow and difficult to get into Because parking behind you.

I booked this little getaway to be close to my kids who were staying in a rented vacation home. To be honest I wasn’t in the room much at all while I was there. Great Location, Easy Access to the Beach

The property is situated right at the outlet of Devil's Lake which is about mid-way from either end of Lincoln City. This made it a great location for accessing shops, restaurants and activities on either end of town. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Nothing fancy about the place, and it is an older building, but it easily met our needs. Only concern we had was the hot tub. There was stuff floating on top of the suds in the tub that made it feel like it had not been cleaned recently.
