「Beautiful lakefront site located near all the Midcoast has to offer. We enjoyed beautiful mornings sipping coffee while the hummingbirds visited, and peaceful evenings stargazing and listening to the loons. House is on a small cove protected from strong winds, and with walk-in accessibility it was perfect for lazy floating and paddling, while still open to the full lake for more adventurous outings. Janice was a gracious host, very communicative and responsive.」

「My wife and I had a wonderful experience in Maine with family and friends and a large part was due to the cottage and hospitality of our hosts and cottage owners Sue and Bill! It is in a great location and convenient to many things. The cottage is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be repeat visitors!」

「My dad and I stayed here four nights. It's rather small, but it has pretty much everything you need. The outside shower is enjoyable. The bathroom door has a ~5" gap to the floor, so you don't get much privacy from the main area. The upstairs bed is comfy and very wide. The owners are friendly and quick to respond to messages. Apart from boothbay harbor, consider visiting the botanical gardens which are pretty close to this cottage.」

「This house is an incredible find. The setting couldn’t be more picturesque. It’s a nice quiet hideaway just minutes from the adorable town of Boothbay Harbor. The amenities available here are wonderful, and the toys for the kids were such a nice touch. My kids loved being here and we were all sad to leave. Will definitely stay again! 」

Waking up to the lake view, sitting outside with some coffee and a bonfire was our favorite way to start the day there! 「The house was charming. Kitchen had everything one could possibly need. We spent a lot of time at the kitchen table admiring the view of the harbor. We especially enjoyed the artwork in the home. The stairs were steep so the handrail was important. I loved the third floor bedroom and spent a few rainy hours in the chair by the bay window. The third floor bath is only for short people- so fine for me. Location was good. Beware that in October restaurants can be closed for the season. We...
