「We had the best week at Sea Breeze in our first trip to Maine! After a long drive, we were stunned to turn the corner to find our home overlooking a gorgeous seaside, situated on a quiet, walkable, friendly street. When we stepped inside, we found the house to be a clean, cozy, and quiet haven that had plenty of space to relax, play board games, and enjoy family breakfasts around the table. There was ample space in the fridge and freezer for all of our locally-purchased groceries, the kitchen...

「We loved our stay. The beds are so comfortable. After we figured out the heat, it worked well. We were a little disappointed that there was no firewood for the outside firepit but i contacted the owners and they were just as surprised! We went and bought some firewood from the grocery store (which they quickly reimbursed us for) and then they came the next day with some more. Being a mile from the Botanical Gardens was very convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you 」

「Basics were covered but what impressed us the most was the layout of the house. It was so easy to function in it.We had some decent weather for a November trip. But if we didnt feel like going out, the windows, natural light, and river view never allowed for that cooped-up feeling.Just beautiful!」

「Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. 」

「This is an excellent property. Very well maintained. Well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The screened in porch was great for sitting and enjoying the fabulous view. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. it is also convenient to many of the places in Maine we wanted to explore.」

「My dad and I stayed here four nights. It's rather small, but it has pretty much everything you need. The outside shower is enjoyable. The bathroom door has a ~5" gap to the floor, so you don't get much privacy from the main area. The upstairs bed is comfy and very wide. The owners are friendly and quick to respond to messages. Apart from boothbay harbor, consider visiting the botanical gardens which are pretty close to this cottage.」
