The property and bar where very nice However the noise from the surrounding bars and clubs added to the taxi rank opposite was to much hardly sleep a wink. May be better during the week

Noisy!

Not a bad hotel, but had a really bad pint in the bar and was then kept awake all night by noise from the taxi rank outside the front of the hotel and bin lorries from 5am. There is a karaoke bar at the rear as well, so all in all just very noisy. I'd only recommend if you're in Lincoln for a night out.

Lincoln Gem

Staff were amazing and when we went into the bar the chef even brought our dog a chopped up burger. Food and deserts were very nice and so was the drink. Not too expensive either. The room was clean and tidy with bathroom showing signs of wear but everything worked as it should and plenty of hat water for a bath. We were informed of the traffic noise on arrival but this was not an issue. Some idiots at half three shouting at the taxi rank across the road was the only noise which woke me and this was because we had the windows and sound windows open due to heat. Probably should provide a fan in the room and this would elevate the situation. All in all very good and we will definitely be back. 9/10 from me and the provisions of parking on site is also a great benefit.

ideal locatiuon for everything bu need to see rooms quite big and clean can get noisy at front but they do tell you and windows triple glazed even if u come for theatre its directly opposite fantastic stay and well worth it

Excellent budget choice for a visit to Lincoln

Very clean and comfortable room located in the heart of the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, waterside and many historic buildings all located near or within reasonable walking distance (cathedral and castle uphill). A great bonus was free car parking - rare in a city centre.

Central location accommodation above restaurant

Large room with very comfy bed. Bar was more of a restaurant so not noisy when we stayed on tue, wed night. Restaurant not open on tue evening. Restaurant food was delicious.

Excellent stay

Great stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. Even helped to create a space for us to park in the car park. Close to everything within the centre. We didn’t dine here but the burgers looked amazing, I did have food envy seeing people tuck into their meals. We will be back again. Only a suggestion but for the amount spent on the room I would perhaps like to see some shower gel/wash in the en-suite.

View was ov taxi rank,wich was actually not noisey,room was freezing couldnt get warm ,alot off mould around the bth ,was no shower,the parking area to dark, dusty sweet papers at back off draws,apart from the the host wasnt very welcoming, found her rude

The room was large and comfortable, very warm , only downside was 1.30 am taxi cue directly outside the room! Very noisy until 4.30am !!! (Saturday night) The hotel is in a perfect location has a carpark (bonus)
