We traveled to Lincoln, New Hampshire for my brothers celebration of life. We stayed at the roadway Inn of Lincoln for the four days. The staff was very nice and never once complained about us stacking stuff in the room that we had to remove from his storage. I would recommend this hotel for a quick stay, not long-term stay

It was such a warm and toasty place for our family to sleep during the snowstorm after visiting the ice castles. The area really needs to establish a food delivery presence though.

Great time

The hotel is in a great area. Check in was easy and quick. Rooms were clean which i care about that more than anything. I will say our experience was good and had no issues. Beds were comfortable too and the room has a mini fridge which was great for us because we brought some snacks

We rented 3 rooms for a getaway for us and friends, it was a great location, staff was great, rooms clean and it didn't break the bank. It's not a five star hotel but we knew that going in but it far exceeded our expectations for the price. Definitely will be staying again for our annual trip!

Great value for the money!

The Rodeway Inn of Lincoln, NH allowed us the ability to stay at a very reasonable price well below $200 during the July 4, 2024 weekend, while many in the area were twice the cost or more. While there are fewer available services, you are getting a great value for what you get, clean rooms, and you are not far from down town while close to the Franconia State Park.

While this may not be the Ritz, for me this was comfortable room, it was clean, did not smell, the bathroom had recently been redone and was very bright.

Stayed at the Rhodeway because it was significantly cheaper than the all the other local hotels. It was nice for what it is. By that I mean it was a clean, no cockroaches. It is a bit outdated older bedding a/c barely worked and beds were very firm. Pool stayed open pretty late. I’d stay here again

The hotel was very clean and the desk clerk was very enjoyable to talk to. The only downside was that the deadbolt didn’t work. Easily fixable , I’m sure they fix it soon. Highly recommended!!!!

I liked that it was central to everything I wanted to do, close to places to eat and it was clean. I disliked that the part of the hotel I stayed in had a step to get into the room. You have to step up to get onto the step and then step up into the room. I found this challenging with luggage and was worried I'd fall off the step at some point and hurt myself. However, the offset to being away from the main building is that it was quieter and only one floor. Also, the hair dryer in my room didn't work. I was going to mention it when I checked out but the office was locked. There is a note on the door with a number to call if you need assistance but I didn't bother calling, just left the keycards in the box.

The pool and mountains were beautiful. However the beds were extremely uncomfortable and hurt my back. On check out date I was pressured by two house keepers to be out at 10:30am. The website says 11, and I needed to use the bathroom in my room before checking out. So that stressed me out and put a damper on things.

Nice place. I liked that it was quiet even though I was next to the road. I went in September so perhaps since it was off-season it was more quiet. I felt the room was cold and I couldn't get it warmer. Also, I assumed that the fridge was working like most hotels|motels. My food and drinks were warm. Turns out the fridge wasn't plugged in. Staff should inform guests during check in about that if they want to save on electricity like that. I also wished they had a computer to use. Other than that, it was good.
