“This was a nice rental for our family trip to Detroit. It had all the things we needed-full kitchen with dishes, laundry, bathrooms as well as central air (we stayed in June 2023). It’s a historic house, so it has a different feel than a modern house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. The only thing that could be somewhat of an issue is the iron railings on the stairs for little ones or the elderly. A high chair or booster and or pack n play to use would have been a bonus, but we……

“The 5 bedroom was perfect for our family, a senior couple, a 50ish son, a 40ish son & a 21 yr old grandson. The place is great for seniors--only a few steps, a comfort height toilet, and a walk-in shower. The neighborhood was very safe, with single women walking and running by themselves & children playing outside, and with your vehicle parked right outside in the driveway. “Home was as shown in pictures, everything was as you expect. Response from owners was quick & no major problems, but a bug/beetle in bedroom which I’m guessing came in from the window but otherwise no complaints.”

“Absolutely loved our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and stocked with every amenity. The bed was extremely comfortable (even the pillows!) and we slept so well. It was the first hot weekend of the summer, and the AC kept the room the perfect temperature, quietly.
