「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The front desk guys were very accommodating, they made sure everything was good with me and the room. Housekeeping was very nice and they made sure I got what I needed. Even the housemen showed love, morning and evening guys, would definitely be back. Thanks a lot!!!!」
