“We travelled to Charleston for an extra long weekend. It was amazing. The house was very clean and the highway traffic noise did not bother us in the least. There were restaurants, breakfast places and shopping all within walking distance. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We rented the property during our sons graduation. It is in the heart of downtown Charleston, walking distance to a lot. It has a soul restaurant literally 20 steps from it. It comes with the challenges of an old house, but at the same time it was quaint. It was very clean and has everything you will need. I would gladly stay again.”

“We took our family here for our first family vacation with our baby girl and pups and this house was just what we needed for our family! It was exactly as described online, very easy to get in and out of and and it even came with great accommodations that we were not expecting like a lot of extra towels, laundry detergent pods, beach towels, shampoo and conditioner, good smelling hand soaps, coffee, a steamer, hair dryer, vacuum, etc. Everything that you could possibly need was somewhere in the……

“The host was excellent, available and informative. The location and cleanliness were also excellent. Prospective renters should be aware of a couple of drawbacks. The house is difficult for older users. Only 1 of the two bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. The other has no closet and the bathroom is up another set of stairs and is tiny. Both bathrooms are upstairs and the stairs are a bit steep. The kitchen "table" consists of two IKEA rolling counters. The wheels do not seem to lock so they……

“The studio was perfect for our 2 night stay. The Broad Street location is quieter overnight yet walkable to anywhere you may want to go. Kit is very responsive and provides all you need for your stay. Great visit!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Only be prepared to walk at least a few miles or get uber or pedicab. Owner will tell you this also. Restaurants around the corner are an easy walk and food is good.”

“The amenities in the hotel were good. The room we booked was overall okay. Our main issue was the bathroom as the doors were very hard to close, there was no fan and the shower had a partial glass side so if you moved it accidentally water would get all over the floor.”
