“Amazing experience ”

“Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly”

“People was so nice,everything was great.But There are flies in our room when we check in.Anyway still recommended.”

“The property was really cute and my room decor was nice! I really liked the view from my room. The main issue was that the beds were super uncomfortable and hard. I couldn’t sleep the two nights I stayed and the parking lot was so small. We did enjoy that there was a coffee shop attached.”

“Property was not anything fancy but for the price very adequate for what we needed. We came down for a wedding from North Jersey and the proximity to where the wedding was in Avon was perfect for a quick uber ride without adding too much to the cost of the wedding as it was so price was very good.. ”

“Our stay was interrupted by the tropical storm, however the room itself was very nice. We had plenty of coffee and cups, shampoo, lotion and conditioner. We did find ants upon arrival but didn’t see them again after an hour. The front desk clerk was super nice and helpful. I would stay again.”

“The manager, Dennis was a customer service professional who jump started my battery! We needed extra pillows, blankets and a hair dryer which he brought to our room in less than 5 minutes! We were so grateful. Room was ultra clean and beds were very comfortable. The room had a kitchen which we didn’t expect! We would stay there again. ”

“Property was close to marina and shopping places. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“The room was clean and nice. The hallways smelled like weed and the carpets need to be shampoo. The elevator doors take a while to close, and at around 10pm the room keys stopped working. The front desk "fixed" the keys but they only let us back in the room once and stopped working again. ”

“We were in town for my cousin's 50th birthday! Great location (7 miles away) from birthday party location and great restaurants with the water view experience. Cottage was very peaceful, clean and cozy. Very thankful for this find!”

“Spent a long weekend with close family. House has everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and main floor layout. Perfect location with basketball court across street and playground for the little ones. Walking distance to town and beach. Would definitely come back!”

“No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise”
