The accommodations are as described, and Denise went above, and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable, and that we were able to enjoy the amenities and beauty of the ranch. The property was a relatively short drive to the Toyota Amphitheatre, where we attended a concert, and this was much MUCH better than staying in a hotel. Next time we are in Lincoln for a concert, we will be staying with Denise!”

“Dave and Sheila have created a peaceful oasis surrounded by the cutest alpacas ever! We loved staying here and never wanted to leave! As hosts they were very kind and attentive to our needs and made sure that we were very comfortable. We loved being able to interact with the alpacas, especially Grace- the sweetie! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to escape their busy life for a very peaceful and relaxing retreat.”

“Out in the foothills of CA. Nice views. Fresh air. Quiet too. Not far from two old mining towns with great downtown scenery shops and breweries. The place had everything you need. Good WiFi. “We visited Yuba Coty to connect with family. Our stay in the home was just fine. The home has everything you need and the beds were super comfortable. The house is immaculate. My only issues with the home were that one of bedroom’s window coverings were broken and falling off and the chandeliers and wall decor were a bit dated.
