“Nice property and well appointed. Accurate description. Lots of backyard space with comfortable seating both sunny and shaded. Pool table was nice. Caught 2 decent sized catfish right off the dock.”

The kitchen setup is really nice with full size fridge, 2 “burner” induction stovetop, microwave and toaster oven, French press coffee, pots & pans, utensils and plates, bowls, cups, glasses. Very comfortable bed. Perfect for a trip for two to Grass Valley.”

Unanimous vote that the best part of the house was the easily accessible exterior deck with a large table under umbrella awning with tasteful and comfortable seating for all of our party. Must add the kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use and clean. Finally, could not ask for better hosts. ……
