The proprietor is friendly and accommodating (last time he even lowered the already low price since, he said, the price had come down about ten dollars since I booked online about a month earlier. The rooms and floors are always clean and tidy. It's location is central and convenient, and the rice is definitely good.”

“This was a clean, quiet, convenient property to stay at with good access to the entrance to Shenandoah. The owner was welcoming and the property well cared for. I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the ice in the front office. This is a good value choice in Front Royal.”

“I was quite pleased, in the past hotels in Front Royal have been pretty hit or miss. Clean, quiet, neat, decent bed. I stayed 2 nights, was up to work on a property we own outside of town. Note that there is no breakfast and just powdered creamer for coffee, but a Sheetz is within easy walking distance.”

“It’s a roadside motel. Extremely cheap. For the price- it was excellent. Beds comfortable enough. Not enough towels. No toiletries besides soap. NO COFFEE MAKER. That was strange. BUT the room was big and had fridge and microwave. Overall very happy. ”

“Bare bones, but perfectly adequate hotel if you just want a bed, a hot shower and a little TV (didn’t check the WIFI, but Verizon worked fine in the room anyway). Easy parking, friendly front desk person. I’d stay again. (Fridge and microwave were also handy). ”

“Pretty run down place, the bathroom sink was clogged and didn't look like anyone took the time to actually clean the room.”

“We had a great time at this adorable farmhouse! Our family of 5 enjoyed cooked meals together at the table, tea and coffee every morning, and board games every night! Tom was extremely hospitable and made sure our stay was perfect!”
