“Was not advertised that this was a basement of a main home. Unable to lock doors to main house from basement apartment side. The doors only locked from main house side. It was chilly and there is not ability to control temperature from apartment. The host did turn temperature up for a little bit in the evening, however it got chilly again about an hour later. It was spacious with four bedrooms, however only one bathroom which made it difficult with number of people staying in the VRBO ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The space is comfortable and the view is incredible (both pictures taken from inside of the apartment). It felt much more personal and enjoyable than staying in a hotel.Communication with the owner was prompt and responsive, which made everything easy. Keep in mind that this is a basement apartment so you can hear footsteps from the family upstairs, but we quickly got used to it and it did not bother us at……

“Great apartment with all the amenities you need. The location is ideal, close enough to downtown, shopping and fun locations but located in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very responsive to questions. It was nice to find an organized and professional notebook that gave us the locations of grocery stores, restaurants and hospitals. It also helped us with the experience of sharing the property with the family. ”
