“I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. This is not correct! Please check with the owner and recheck your records and you will see that I did, in fact, call and cancel on April 18th,……

“We came to se the monster jam show we all enjoyed the say in your home the children had lots of fun playing in the back yard as well as the retro video games that were in the home the only negative was had to reset the hot tub breaker to get it to warm up and one of the tvs in one of the bedrooms downstairs did not have a picture would definitely use this service again thank you”

“The place was just as described, it was clean and the host was excellent.”

“The location is definitely prime - view of lake & small pond across the street. The house is nicely appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Overhead fans in each bedroom were appreciated. The only drawback was that both bathrooms were upstairs - no powder room on first floor. That got uncomfortable for us older folks. It would be a good thing to point this out in the property description. Older folks would appreciate knowing this fact. We enjoyed our time staying……

“The location was perfect for our wedding activities. The owners were quick to respond to issues we had with the security system and heating glitch. It was a super clean and very comfortable to stay here.”

“The unit was the perfect size for my wife and me, was nicely decorated, and contained everything we needed (utinsels, linens, etc). On the down side, the roof was being replaced during our visit and the roofers kept their trash bin in our parking space and carelessly left nails in the parking lot. Hopefully, this won't be an issue for others. Also, the futon was not comfortable for me. Overall, though, the unit met our needs for the week.”

“Our family went to Utah for a funeral and stayed at this property. It was clean and well-stocked. The backyard and small orchard would have been fun for kids. The shower in the primary bedroom didn't drain but that was the only problem with the property. I didn't appreciate that the listed price included up to 20 people, which we had, but we were still charged for an extra person.”

“First off, the number that was first given was fake, not a great start. Spent over an hr trying to reach out for help with hotels.com. They had the correct number which is: 385-223-9851. I hope this saves the next person. This was a mistake by hotel.com not the host. Fake number was1-555-5555. For this place this is a basement apt. The place is nice and quiet. The place offered a large amount of privacy. Everything was very clean and we were given supply’s to be able to keep it clean……
