「The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again」

「Overall, good stay. Things that have been noted in previous reviews have been remedied. Beds were comfy. Had everything we needed inside and it was clean indoors. The reason we stay in VRBOs is for the outdoor space that you don’t have in a hotel. That said, the outdoor space could use some attention. There was a lot of random trash laying around, patio furniture needs attention and the pool hadn’t seen chlorine in a long while (granted it was cold out and we didn’t swim but still not...
