The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. “This hotel is wonderful - staff are brilliant, so friendly and efficient and really welcome you and look after you throughout. Love the seemless security, based on facial and car registration recognition. Rooms are wonderful - everything and more of what you need - my room had fridge, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, coffee machine (Nespresso and kettle) and everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Room was spotless and so well laid out - balcomy was a lovely bonus to sit. Bathroom well……
