「Was here for a few days, the apartments were clean and had good facilities, although if you stay a few days, you'll need to ask for toilet paper or room service. My only negative was the front desk was often deserted, it was only on the last day I was told you could speak to the guard hut in that instance. The location is good, but you must have a car ! Buses and taxis are not easy to go by.」

「The property looks tired and needs renovation. The shower water in the bathroom is not hot enough. The owner is very helpful to show me where to find the keys.」

「This propery owner/ incharge very nice and very humble, cooperative man, everything was clean, hot water, fan, kitchen items, clean rooms, bed and bed sheets were cleaned and very good environment. No need to bring anything just come and stay here like it's your own house. I will recommend to everyone 」

「We arrived at this property and found out that the initial part of checking in entailed standing in line in the rain to get a parking pass issued. After 30 minutes we made it to the unit only to be met by a bathroom with a leak and what appeared to be black mold. The host was going to have it looked at after we checked out a couple days later. When I pushed back, she offered to send a painter. We decided to leave so we checked out the same day and got a refund. Beware of this property.」

「Overall very good. Nice location, just a minute or two to the night market. Very clean apartment except for the sofa set. I wouldn't want to touch it with a 10-foot pole. Please change it or at the least, refurbish it with synthetic leather (PVC) so it'll last longer and even if cracked, still people can/will sit on it. Now it's fabric suede and in very bad condition. My goodness, yuck! Unit# S2-223.」
