「From I arrived everything was lovely . Reception staff were very welcoming and throughout my brief stay everyone was very helpful. My room was beautiful and very clean with a lovely view over the fountains. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a time to relax」

「Fitness center did not open until 9 am to coincide with their spa staff arrival times. It made the center impossible to use and still have breakfast. The advertising for the hotel is misleading, suggesting it is in Enniskillen, when in fact it is 45 minutes away, creating travel issue for us on arrival.」

「Neil the host welcomed us when we arrived and explained everything. The cabin was spotless, and full of everything we needed, and cosy and warm. Hot tub was a joy no matter the weather, and we really enjoyed a movie night on the comfy sofa and projector.」

「Sadly despite best efforts from a friendly staff we had a poor experience with our room. On the first day there was a constant motor noise which we were told came from the kitchen and would end when service was over. Our room safe would not reset so we had to be provided with the access key. The shower was unusable as the temperature varied from too hot to scalding and despite hanging a clean me sign on the door the room was not serviced. 「It was a beautiful location. The cottages are well equipped. There was a bit of a musty smell. I think that could have been the carpets in the bedrooms and sitting area. Wooden floors would be more hygienic. Having the hotel so close was the effect for the leisure centre and bar! A great weekend all considered and I will be back!」
